Global-View — activation in 1 second, end-to-end inbox to user account

The challenge

Activation requests came in via email. Employees manually created accounts, activated devices and SIMs, and logged the result across multiple platforms. The flow was slow, error-prone, and confusing — users frequently bounced back to administrators because something didn't reconcile between systems.

The solution

A UiPath robot built on the low-code platform monitors the activation inbox, verifies payment status, validates submitted data, creates user accounts, activates SIM cards and trackers across the relevant platforms, and notifies users on success.

The automation integrates GSuite (email + sheets), the client's internal SIM-management system, and the tracker-management platform into one unattended process. Exception handling covers system and business errors, with email alerts routed to admins when human intervention is genuinely required.

The outcome

Implementation completed in under three weeks by a single UiPath developer, with full testing. Routine activations no longer hit administrators — they review exceptions and own customer-facing work. The team finally has time for the work the bot can't do.
