GPS nVISION needed admins to stop touching every device and SIM-card activation by hand. Customers submitted requests via web forms; staff toggled between five systems and a Gmail inbox to provision each one. We replaced the loop with a single UiPath robot delivered by a single developer.
Two repetitive workflows blocked the team: device + SIM-card activation, and deactivation when subscriptions lapsed. Customers triggered activations through web forms; admins then jumped across multiple apps to create device entries, activate SIM cards, set up users, configure trackers, and send confirmations.
Deactivation was no easier — staff manually monitored unpaid subscriptions and walked through every step in reverse.
We deployed a UiPath robot that scans the team's inbox for new activation emails, extracts customer data, creates the device entry, activates the SIM, sets up the user account, configures the GPS tracker, and sends the confirmation back to the customer.
For deactivations, the robot reviews unpaid-subscription reports, verifies status, deactivates the tracker and SIM, updates the back-office records, and notifies the relevant admin. Exception cases route to a triage queue with structured email alerts so admins know exactly what needs attention.
Activation time dropped from 16 minutes to roughly 4 minutes per request, with admins removed from the routine path entirely. Project delivered in under three weeks by a single UiPath developer.
The team now focuses on customer-facing work and exception handling instead of repetitive provisioning.
All of these started with a 30-minute call. Yours can too.
